Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of paid subscriptions to SHORTCLIX, a brand of rematic media GmbH (the “Service”).

14-Day Refund

We offer a full refund on any purchase made within 14 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, simply contact us at support@shortclix.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Payments and Refund Processing

Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, your order and payment are handled by one of our payment providers:

• Where you pay via Paddle.com, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. The contract for the payment is concluded with Paddle.com, which handles billing, payment and refunds, and its Buyer Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service.
• Where you pay via Stripe, rematic media GmbH is the seller and Stripe acts as our payment service provider to process the transaction on our behalf.

Once a refund is approved, it is processed without undue delay to your original payment method by the payment provider that handled your order.
